This includes cross-promotion, networking, soliciting vendors for services, and distributing business cards, flyers, brochures, etc. —whether inside the event, outside the venue, or on facility grounds.

Our vendors are here to serve our customers, and disruptions from unauthorized solicitations hinder their ability to do so. Respecting their space ensures a better experience for everyone.

Violators may be asked to leave and could face trespassing charges. Repeat offenders may also be issued a no-trespass order by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry or service to anyone who does not comply.
