The Chamber's Community Club Partner Program gives local clubs, organizations, and community groups the opportunity to participate in select Home & Health Shows at no cost.
Our goal is simple:
✅ Support local clubs and organizations
✅ Help residents discover opportunities to get involved
✅ Showcase community talent and resources
✅ Increase engagement within active adult communities
✅ Create a more vibrant and valuable experience for event attendees
This program is designed for organizations that contribute to the community and are willing to actively help promote their local Home & Health Show.
Visitors attend Home & Health Shows for more than products and services.
They also want to:

Complimentary Booth Space
A standard exhibit booth at no charge.
Community Visibility
Introduce your organization to hundreds of local residents.
Membership Growth
Recruit new members and volunteers.
Product Sales Opportunities
Approved clubs may sell eligible products or fundraising items in accordance with event guidelines.
Demonstration Opportunities
Showcase your club's talents through demonstrations, displays, and hands-on participation.
Marketing Exposure
Your organization may be featured in pre-event promotions and event materials.
Organizations are encouraged to apply if they:
✅ Are based in or actively serve the host community
✅ Offer products, demonstrations, educational information, or member engagement opportunities
✅ Provide value to event attendees
✅ Are willing to actively promote the event
✅ Maintain a positive community reputation
✅ Can fully staff their booth during show hours
Examples include:
Organizations Typically Not Eligible
The following are generally not approved for complimentary club booths:
❌ Political organizations
❌ Political campaigns
❌ Organizations with no connection to the host community
❌ Organizations unwilling to promote the event
❌ Clubs with no attendee engagement, display, or demonstration
❌ Organizations primarily seeking free advertising
❌ Booths that duplicate existing exhibitor categories
❌ Groups promoting activities inconsistent with event policies
❌ Organizations whose primary purpose is selling advertising, sponsorships, exhibitor opportunities, directory listings, memberships, publications, media placements, or other products or services that compete with Chamber programs, events, exhibitor recruitment efforts, advertising opportunities, sponsorships, or membership offerings.
Complimentary booth space is offered in exchange for helping promote the event.
Examples include:
☐ Email members
☐ Feature event in newsletter
☐ Post on Facebook
☐ Share Facebook event
☐ Post on Instagram
☐ Post on community website
☐ Send member text messages
☐ Announce at club meetings
☐ Distribute flyers
☐ Share with partner organizations

Clubs may be permitted to sell products if:
✅ Items are personally handcrafted by members
✅ Items are educational or mission-related
✅ Fundraising items support the organization's activities
Examples:
The Chamber reserves the right to restrict or prohibit product categories.
Participating organizations agree to:
✅ Keep booth staffed during event hours
✅ Maintain a professional presentation
✅ Follow venue rules
✅ Stay within assigned booth space
✅ Keep aisles clear
✅ Follow all local sales and licensing requirements
✅ Remove all materials at event conclusion
