A brief 15-minute conversation to determine whether your venue and residents are a good fit.


2. Event Planning

The Chamber coordinates exhibitors, logistics, event layout, marketing materials, and operational details. 


3. Event Day

We handle setup, operations, exhibitor support, and teardown while your residents enjoy the event.


4.  Help Us Spread the Word

We provide the marketing materials, and your community helps promote the event through resident emails, newsletters, calendars, and social media. Communities that actively promote the event typically see the strongest attendance and resident engagement.
